Forgot your password?

If you forgot your password, don't worry. You can easily have it sent to you. Just click here and follow the instructions.

Password change

To change your password, click on "My Settings" in the side Navigation Bar. Under "My Administrative Settings", click on "Change My Password". Follow the instructions you find on that page.

Change nickname

To change your name, click on “My Settings” in the side Navigation Bar. Under “My Administrative Settings”, click on "Change My Screen Name". Follow the instructions you find on that page.

Edit profile

To edit your profile, click "Edit My Profile" in the side navigation bar. This will take you to a view of your profile that you can edit. Make any changes you want, then click "Save". If you like, you can then view your profile by clicking on "My Profile".

Delete profile

You cannot delete a profile once it is entered into the system, but you can hide it if you wish. To hide/show your profile, click on "My Settings" in the side navigation bar. Under "My Profile Settings", click on "Hide My Profile". Click on either "Hide" or "Show" then press "Save".

Blocking profile

Blocking a profile will prevent that member from contacting you. The member won't know that they've been reported and any further messages they send to you will be automatically deleted. If you are being harassed by someone, or you no longer want to hear from them, we advise you to block them by following the steps below:

Visit the profile you wish to block or go to a message conversation that you are involved in with the member
In the sidebar select the "Block profile" button
On the "Block a profile" form add a short reason why you are blocking them and then press the "Block this person" button

Account removal

To remove your account, follow the steps below:

Visit the "Remove your account" page, which you can find by going to your "Account dashboard"
Click the "Send removal code to email" button
Collect your removal code from your email inbox. If it's not there, please check your spam folder
Click "Remove your account" to complete the process

Report someone

To report someone, go to their profile or to a message conversation you're involved in. In the sidebar, select the "Report profile" button. On the "Report a profile" form, please let us know why you're reporting them so our customer service team can complete an investigation.
